    Thomas Backer (EXECUTIVE PRODUCER / DIRECTOR) is an EMMY NOMINATED director with a fearless approach to documentary work, having filmed all over the world, producing hundreds of hours of content for Netflix, Discovery, Animal Planet, History, CBS News, ABC and Nat Geo on shows such as Fire Chasers, Ocean Warriors, Extinct or Alive, Deadliest Catch and Hearts of Heroes. Focusing his career on topics he cares about such as oceanic health, climate change, social justice and animal extinction, he’s been able to witness first-hand the major crisis we’re all facing in the hope to affect change. He just finished his first feature-film documentary entitled The New Ratline.

  • Johnny Harrington

    Johnny Harrington (DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY) has spent his career filming around the world in the most challenging conditions as testament to his courageous drive to ‘get the shot’. Though growing up in Rhode Island he now resides in San Diego CA, where he challenges himself daily; either filming nose to nose with sharks for Discovery or Animal Planet, or building branded content for clients like Blundstone USA and Go Fast Campers. His passion for exploration has enabled him a career that’s not just in pursuit of the perfect lens for each project, but more-so an ability to connect with the world’s cultures through his creative vision.

    David Reppond (EXECUTIVE PRODUCER) is an award-winning filmmaker spanning from live-broadcast, reality and documentary tv, as well as film. David began his career producing strategic marketing content for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft while concurrently developing content in the doc / reality space for Discovery and A&E. His latest film, “The FBI’s Secret War,” has won awards across all platforms being the first film to reveal the massive infiltration and surveillance program of the VVAW (Vietnam Veterans Against the War) called, COINTELPRO. Focusing on marketing yet building a brand, David relishes in satisfying not just the client, but the audience as well.
